Pizza Review
Nicky’s is very close to being a great place to eat pizza and have a great evening. The pizza is above average and the building has a cool vibe with all the windows, open space, brick, and I encumbered view into the kitchen. However, you have to order as you walk in at a counter, when crowded you feel pressured to order fast. You don’t really have an assigned waiter, you just grab a seat and they bring you food and drinks when they feel like it or when you are lucky enough to get someone’s attention. It’s a shame they haven’t thought out the customer service side of their business because the pizza is good and the space is super cool. When busy it’s a nightmare, when it’s not it’s serviceable. The toppings are tasty and the sauce is tangy. The crust is super crunchy and you really get a sense that it was actually cooked in a coal fired oven. Fix your service strategy Nicky’s….Please!
