Nicoletta's Restaurant & Pizzeria

So I believe this could’ve been cooked a bit more so that there could be potentially more structure to the pizza because as you can see it’s got the flop an not Much Crisp. However the flavor and ingredients to make this pizza. Makes up for the appearance in fact it’s definitely worth the trip could be a higher score but I will still give this a good score. As for the Sicilian I’m giving this a Solid 8 The sauce absolutely amazing. I am going to have to deduct one point against their competition across the street based on the structure of the slice. But the flavors is all there. Also great people as well. Amazing staff but they will be closed on Monday due to staff shortage.
