Pizza Review
I love this place and have even at times had some of the best pizza in my life from here. So why isnt it an 8 or a 9? Consistency. It's like Russian Roulette. Sometimes you get a great pie and sometimes you get a lake of grease sitting on top of some dough. When this place is on it's A-game you'll get a pie with a thick layer of sauce that borders on the sweet side, a nice thick layer of cheese that is DISTINCT from the sauce, not blended together, and a decent crust, though it could be crisper. If New York has the flop, Jersey has the curse when it comes to floppy crust. Oh well. If you go here you might be in great luck and have one of the best pies in your life, but it's not a sure bet.
