Nico's Pizza

This is the first time I’ve had Nico’s pizza. There is one thing that would change my score up to at least a 7.5 and that is if it had more crisp to it. The sauce is amazing and has a lot of flavor. The cheese is good but again, there is zero crisp. For how thin of a pizza it was I was expecting it to be crispy but it’s more chewy than anything. Not fluffy. Not crispy. But very thin and chewy which is a bad combo. Still a good pizza though.
