This is one of the best traditional New York style pizzas I’ve had in the Scranton area. Ordered on a quiet snowy day so maybe the owner put some extra TLC into it. The presentation was nice, he came out and opened the box to present it (which more importantly stops it from steaming in the box). So the crust was firm yet very thin. Perfect texture on the cheese. Flavor is really the Star, has kind of a sweetness to it? But overall just like how light it all is. Located a couple minutes down the road from Vince the pizza prince. Confirmed there’s no relation to Nina’s wing bites. Weird situation where the owner wanted to show my credit card to someone who doesn’t speak English to show that he needs the card number. Only showed it for a second but keeping an eye out for the # being stolen 😑

Still pretty doughy, could’ve been kept in a few more mins, crust still a decent crisp though. It’s above average on the sauciness, which I love. The sauce is a little sweet, but I think people that don’t like sweet sauce would still like this. Overall a great slice!
