Good size for a slice and the bread is light and crispy , not a huge fan of the cheese and can’t really taste the sauce but I’m happy it’s not oily

Good flop. Decent cheese. We got the large cheese fresh out of the oven. Nice and hot. The crust has a distinct flavor I can’t put my finger on it but it’s what made the difference between a 7+ and 6+ score for me. Definitely not a traditional NY crust.
