Really nice and thin (which I like). Good amount of grease action. Cheese is pretty solid but nothing to write home about. Sauce is on point, maybe a bit on the sweeter side. Sweetness of the sauce is balanced out by the char though. Crust isn’t doughy at all so because of the char it has a nice crunch. Only thing I really didn’t love about this slice was the amount of flour that came off the bottom - my hands looked like I just rubbed them with chalk after I was done with it. Would definitely go back, the people who work there are awesome.
