Well done, Nino’s. The pie was cooked to perfection, with no flop, and not at all too greasy. The cheese, while a tad on the thick side, was tasty like a raindrop (shoutout to Roxette), with the perfect amount of sauce to balance it out. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the unique crust, which may or may not be dusted with semolina. Power move. A quality product through and through.

An extremely light and razor thin pie. Minimal flop with really good crisp. Good oils comes from a nice low moisture cheese. Dough was fresh and the semolina gave it great taste. Besides the dusting of it on the crust it was my least favorite part of this pizza. Too crunchy and too thin with no volume. Pizza also lacked sauce throughout the pie which lowered the score. When you did find it was a nice savory one. Better application would boost the score but still a solid pie

Large cheese pizza, 5:30pm on a Friday, $19.00 Pros: Quality ingredients, decent taste on a very thin pie, nice sandy undercarriage, good dark color to the crust which was the best part Cons: Bit light on the sauce. I generally prefer a thin pie but the taste on this was a bit imbalanced in favor of the cheese, the layer of which was thicker than the undercarriage. Verdict: Good but not amazing. My friend has had individual sized pies at the bar which he says come out a bit crisper and higher quality than the large sized pie we had here.
