Pizza Review
Can’t hugely complain about anything on this slice structurally speaking. It’s well baked, except on top, doesn’t flop, it’s even has a decent crumb in the conicione, and moderate chew to the crust. No grease either. It’s also a heavy slice with a lot of cheese, and it stands up, though lacking sauce for my taste. It’s Achilles heel is—and that’s a problem with a lot of slice joint spots—is it’s hugely lacking in flavor. Like even after shaking on quite a bit of parmesan and oregano half way through, it barely added any flavor to it. There’s not enough sauce and even what’s there isn’t seasoned much. Could hardly even tell the texture of the sauce. Didn’t notice any oregano on it either. I’d say it was mediumly chunky. So while I could see a lot of folks who like a cheese forward slice liking this. I have to give it just below my average New York slice score.
