Okay the great Ninos. The lesser known of the Bay Ridge Classics. Been around since 1970. Good classic Brooklyn pizza. Sauce stands out, a little on the sweeter side. If you like sweet sauce then this is the pie for you. If you hate that shit, then skip Nino’s. But this is a good scolding hot and heavy pie here. Is it Super Bowl Pizza? Gonna be a no. This is “the yanks are on let’s order a pie” pizza. If you brought this pie to your boys house he’ll be like “this guy thinks he knows pizza but what he really knows is growing his great big fat ass”

Nino’s is a solid pizzeria. Theit margarita slice is solid too but it was so good I forgot to snap a photo. That would be an easy 7.9. This slice in the photo was cheese with pepperoni. A little undercooked and oily for me but still an overall quality slice.

Wow did this roni slice blow me away! It’s so light a slice and tremendously crispy! Cheese has awesome pull and flavor sauce is garlicky and has fresh grated cheese and the roni cups are so fresh perfect oil and crisp adding just the right amount of kick. Crust was also bursting with flavor and the edge exploded while biting in. Better than prince to me. All slices looked killer vodka square would’ve been second choice!
