Classic local pizza. Definitely a taste unique to this area. Sheet pizza with a sweet(ish) sauce. The all around flavor is great. I give it a 5.9 because Nirchi’s on Taft can tend to be inconsistent with the quality of their pizza and other menu items.

School cafeteria pizza. This is a “slice” of pizza. Get outta here. This might be considered. A slice in Iowa, but we’re in NY, get right 🗑️🗑️

Southern tier of New York and northern tier of Pennsylvania love this ‘tray’ style which is basically a half sheet. Even a small square slice had flop. Nothing special.
