Ordered “The Warrior” pie. Great undercarriage, nice and thin, no flop. Amazing sauce - sweet with a kick. Awesome crust. Overall an amazing pizza and super nice staff.

Review 501 - just passing thru town and this pie will knock you across town it’s delicious. Thin no flop. No grease tasty cheese and sauce mix but the winner the crunch crust and crisp with every bite small clean establishment very high professionalism from the staff -2 hr wait call ahead. This is Dave’s biggest miss imo. Warrior pie and Justin special are some of my favorite pizza in the whole tri-state area

Underwhelming

Big expectations, did not rise to occasion, quite bland on flavor

Just came to Nolas over the weekend 10/13/24 after reading a recent review on here. I saw the picture of a plain pizza and read the review and said this must be a competitor because it looks amazing. So i ordered their super thin pie as they call it and it was perfection. Well done crispy, very flavorful for a thin pizza like this. Top quality cheese and sauce you can tell from the first bite. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They directed me to two great pizzas. The Justin special pie was a 9.8 dont want to give it a perfect score because no one believes it but its perfectly well balanced from start to finish. Its not pictured. I hate haters trying to hurt a small business. This person said the crust tastes like burnt toast even though there was no char or burn. Crazy because its not even remotely true. Then he continued to say he had to scrape the toppings off the pie just to eat it, so i zoomed in to look because it looked like a plain pie, and you can tell nothing was scraped off. Wow just a hater i believe. Nolas is tops in the state in my book top 3 id say and ive eaten all over new jersey nyc and Connecticut. Ive tried a lot on this app and i never give a review good or bad but i had to for this establishment because of the hater. Way to go Nolas!! Keep up the great job.

one of the best pizzas i've ever had. not only does it look amazing, it taste amazing. The sauce is like no other. The perfectly thin and crunchy crust makes me look forward to the end of my pizza. you can taste how truly tresh all these ingredients are.

Not a fan of that sauce, love everything else

Perfectly cooked thin crust crispy pie. Sauce and cheese to the end. So crispy it stands on its own. No limp d**k here!😂

Warrior- well into the eights I’m deciding on final score. Sauce way zippy, more tang/hot, not much sweetness but absolutely delicious. Crust has flop and absolutely meaningless. 8.6 Margherita same, delicious, certainly thicker crust, and the quality of the crust just seems different. Dough chewy also, don’t love it. Taste fabulous overall. Sauce- killer, world class Cheese- admirable Dough- excellent on warrior, below average on marg. Execution- killer in both Ratio both excellent. Overall- hangs with any pie anywhere. Ron Jaworski said, “The best part of team sports is when it all comes together.” So true for these ingredients. Fabulous! Travel worthy!!!!
