Very good pizza, sauce is very tasty and sweet. Crust is thin and crunchy.

Perfectly cooked thin crust crispy pie. Sauce and cheese to the end. So crispy it stands on its own. No limp d**k here!😂

Mustard pie was novel. Didn’t think mustard would go as good as I thought but it beat my expectations. Grading a regular pie again as I do intend to come back here

Zero flop. Great crisp to put it in Portnoy’s lingo. Mr. Eight Bites everyone knows the rules was way off in his score.

Warrior- well into the eights I’m deciding on final score. Sauce way zippy, more tang/hot, not much sweetness but absolutely delicious. Crust has flop and absolutely meaningless. 8.6 Margherita same, delicious, certainly thicker crust, and the quality of the crust just seems different. Dough chewy also, don’t love it. Taste fabulous overall. Sauce- killer, world class Cheese- admirable Dough- excellent on warrior, below average on marg. Execution- killer in both Ratio both excellent. Overall- hangs with any pie anywhere. Ron Jaworski said, “The best part of team sports is when it all comes together.” So true for these ingredients. Fabulous! Travel worthy!!!!

Not sure I’ve had better pizza. Rushfanpizzadude nailed this one. Cheese best ever. Crust to die for. Sauce though is star. Best I’ve had next to Sally’s. As usual meathead Dave got it wrong.

The Guissepe pie is as good as it gets. Amazing sauce, crust and cheese. Perfect combo if you like a saucy pizza. All of the pies here are phenomenal.

Looking for amazing pizza? Amazing food? Amazing quality? Amazing staff and service? Look no further! I stopped looking after falling in love with Nola’s over a year ago. Always trying something new on the menu to be blown away each time. Do yourself a favor and get there. Marc and his staff are the best of the best! #portnoyisoffhisrocker!

Pan pizza gives it a crisp undercarriage with a thinner crust than most pan pizzas. Tasty sauce with delicious mozzarella accompanied by Parmesan. The cheese goes far to the edge. Their drunken vodka pizza was better.

PAN PIZZA. That’s all you need to know. Better than Nancy’s in Rahway. Dave Portnoy, I enjoy most of your stuff but you were skewed on this and need to go back and try this pie. I grew up in Garwood, happy to see this place thriving!

First review because it was THAT good. Ordered the warrior pie as well as cheese pan. Both came well done as described. Zero flop. Kinda hard to believe but seriously ZERO flop. The cheese pan had robust flavor and perfect cheese all the way to the edges. Very crisp bite but not overdone. Perfectly thin the way I like it. Loved the crust edges. The warrior pie is a cheese pie with plum tomatoes, oregano and the olive oil. No idea what kind he uses but it gave it a flavor I’ve not had in pizza before. Read blogs and heard portnoy had come in. Wanted to get my rating in before his so everyone could see what a pizza king I am as well! We both know our pizza. Has to be his highest rating ever! Down side place is about to be crazy busy!! Nice job guys!!

This is the best pizza in Union County for sure if not further. Pictured are the Drunken Nonna square pie (left) and the Warrior pie, which is our favorite. Cheese pan pie and many others are just as good, highly recommend

Nola's is the absolute best pizza I ever had and I'm in NJ/NY and we know pizza! Perfect crispy crust and the best ingredients available! Their sauce is a little different depending on the pie, but they are all equally delicious. I think the picture I posted says it all. It's the bar pie with pepperoni cups with hot honey!
