Bar pie, half sausage. Seriously the best pizza I’ve had. Plus rice balls (unfortunately they were out of the meatballs), mozzarella sticks , and zeppole bombs…🤤🤤🤤 I’m gonna need to take out a bank loan for the amount of money I’m gonna spend here in the future (and they’re not as pricey as you think - just I’ll be back there on a VERY regular basis). Oh, and a treadmill to work off everything I eat. And let’s not leave out Marc and the entire staff who went FAR above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could have needed and everything was done to perfection. Bottom line…GO NOW!!!

Do yourself a solid….get your ass to Nola’s if you want to taste greatness!! I’ve tried pretty much every pie they offer in addition to some apps, sandwiches and entrees. This pic here is the Drunken Nonna Square. If possible, eat it there fresh out of the oven!! It’s ridiculous! Not to mention, the owner and staff are amazing! So run, don’t walk!!

The hype is real! Sat down to this incredibly crispy bar pie cheese has the best bite I love me some fresh oil and it’s well seasoned with grated cheese that really just sets the hole pie off. Airy thin crust with pockets underneath great crunch front to back. Amazing fresh sauce and each ingredient compliments the rest perfect and then there’s the amazing staff and owner that are a 10. Run to this place!!

I ordered the pan pizza - pictured. Very balanced, crisp slice. Tight sauce/cheese ratio. A solid 8.2 I also picked up the warrior pie - mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, zippy sauce, topped with basil, a light dusting of Parmesan. I was skeptical as I think fresh mozzarella can be gummy at times. Super surprised - The slice was crisp and full of flavor. Outstanding. 9.1 The place is worth a 30 minute drive. Be warned that the place is super small with only a few tables and gets super busy during dinner hours. The pizzas I ordered came out 70 minutes after I placed the order, but long waits should be expected on new places that deservedly have a buzz.

I can’t say enough about this place. The drunken Nona is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. I especially love the pan pies. This one is the Giuseppe and was phenomenal. I used to compare every pizza to Santillo’s in Elizabeth which was the best pizza in NJ, now Nola’s has claimed that spot. I said it. Best pizza in the state.

Tried to do a one bite review but ate half the pie by accident. Got the Warrior Pie with half sausage and asked for extra sauce🤌🤌 Best pizza in the area by farrr. Beautiful thin crust, amazing sauce and the pie came well done… what more could you ask for. Well done Nola

Bar pie is phenomenal! Thin, crispy, cheese is flavorful and the sauce has a nice kick. The sausage bar pie is even better than the plain bar pie.

This place is for real ! Ordered the Nola’s bar pie and it was straight up delicious in every way . I can’t wait to try their other pies . Worth the ride from wherever you are .

The Bleecker Pie! Great tasting, sauce-forward NJ version of an NYC classic. Crust was a bit underdone for my taste, otherwise in mid-8s. Lots of great options at Nola’s… need to revisit!
