Nolita Pizza

We enjoyed. Great crispy, no flop crunch. We wanted a NY slice in Little Italy, and that’s what we got. Authentic. Nostalgic.

Everybody on here has lost their mind. This is an okay slice of pizza. I don’t know how you could give such a high score for a machine pressed dough. I visited Nolita Pizza at 4am on a Saturday, and it felt like I was in purgatory. Overall, good crisp and flavor, but seriously nothing to write home about. 7.1

Let’s start out with the regular as a baseline here. I’d score the regular a 6.8. Very little flavor for me. The one selling point is the crust. Has a very crunchy bottom with softness as you bite in. Not sure what it could be (first thought was breadcrumb but I’m probably way off) My score is for the margherita. It had the flavor I was missing from the regular, unfortunately it got a bit floppy so the crust wasn’t as crunchy throughout and lowered the score for me. Overall the margherita is solid but I do feel this place is a bit overhyped given the celeb status on the wall.

Ayy, listen up, I'm only gonna say this once, capisce? I'm from Arthur Avenue, where my nonna—God rest her soul—was the chef of the house, aight? Our block was like somethin' straight outta Goodfellas; that's all I knew. So when I hightailed it to Manhattan, fuggedaboutit, I was nervous! Ya think the pizza here's gonna top what I had growin' up? Nah. But I gotta say, this place? It's the real deal.

Perfect crisp. Good ratios. The sauce on this was delicious. I totally wasn’t expecting the flavors that came through in this slice, but I enjoyed it thoroughly.

White pizza with the olives is top notch. Guy behind the counter said he was saving it for himself so I had to get it.

Spicy pepperoni slice - Not PSP but 2 min wait vs…hours? Tangy sauce

Quick! In and out. Sauce a bit sweet and tangy, nice char on the cheese, excellent pie! Also good a few blocks later when it was cold!

Underrated. Regular slice had good sauce to cheese ratio. Crisp undercarriage. The Grandma Rose Marie square is sauce over cheese with a ton of garlic (in a good way) on a focaccia based dough. A must try slice joint.

Crisp under carriage, flavorful sauce and lovely tangy cheese. Great work!

Worth the walk. No cheese slices available, unfortunately. Walked in with a fresh vat of sauce while I was ordering. Beautiful garlicky aroma. Light and perfectly crisp crust. Fresh mozzarella. Good price too.

Perfect crust. Light and airy, yet no flop with crisp. Perfect cheese, sauce, crust ratio. Also tried Margherita slice. Same awesome kicked up a bit. 9.0. Very nice owner. Not sure how Dave has missed this one. Must stop.

Alright frankie. Cheesey, little greasy and a little salty. It's solid football pizza

Slight sweet sauce and sufficient cheese with a medium density crust to give it a good structure for a grab and go slice.

tried the vodka, the spicy pep, and the Sicilian. Absolutely incredible, this will be a must stop on any trip to New York. Tony is amazing and has to be the nicest person, Dave needs to come here ASAP.

This review is of a re heated slice not a fresh one. Decent basic slice. No flop, solid crisp on the crust. A good basic slice, if might taste better the later it is at night.
