A Neapolitan pie that honestly looks better than it tastes. Naturally doughier but the crust has good flavor. The cheese and sauce, however, weren’t special.

It was like some fancy chef from California that never had real pizza made it. It’s okay but real bar pies are much better

Eh. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better fancy pizzas in my day. The sauce has barely a taste, cheese and crust are fine but just nothing special.

Bad picture but the dough was nicely charred on the crust. The bottom however was quite chewy and had flop. The sauce was very sweet, personally a little too sweet for my preference. Finally, the cheese was spread out nicely and had good stretch.

This Neapolitan style pizza is fantastic. The ingredients are locally grown or shipped directly from Italy. If anyone is stopping in Princeton for a pie, this is the place to go.

Liked the taste of the cheese and sauce, but crust was too soft and did not have any crunch. Not disappointed.

Good neapolitan style pies, though they can be a little too doughy and crust not "quite" crunchy enough. Focus too much on gourmet toppings instead of getting the crust perfect. Results in sogginess at times depending on the pie.

Best Neapolitan Pie in CNJ, no question (outside of my back yard of course). Great owners and great ingredients always. Still prefer the pies out of Hopewell location vs Princeton.
