-Delivery Review: -Margherita di Bufala: Thin, Naan like. Very well made. Bubbles everywhere. Crispy in most places. Floppy and soggy though. Fresh real tomatoes sauce. Like putting a tomato in your mouth fresh. The Bufala Mozzarella is nicely textured and tasty. Approved. 8.1 -Spicy Soppressata: Thin, Naan like. Very well made again. Crispy yet very floppy under weight of heavy toppings. Fresh real tomatoes sauce. Great blend of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Incredibly flavorful and salty Soppressata, with a spicy kick in the back end when combined with the red pepper flakes. The honey makes for a great balancing touch with the saltiness and spice. Very approved. 8.3

Very good and untraditional slice. The pepperoni was the best part. Some extra grease under the dough.

Quality margherita slice. Half the pie was crispier than the other half. The sauce is sweet but not too sweet. Overall it’s good pizza.

The bottom Marinara pizza was a 7.8 and the top Margarita pizza was a 7.5. The only thing I didn’t like about the Margarita was the amount of moisture given off by this cheese. After the first slice it got a little on the soggy side. The Marinara was great, but get the Parmesan cheese on the side when it’s offered, it needs it. Sauce and crust were good on both. Has that bit of residual char on the bottom. Solid South Philly spot.

Can’t argue with fresh ingredients everything is made right in front of you it was very good something was missing to make it an 8. If your in the area it’s a good solid pizza to eat but there is better pizza in the city.

Classic Neapolitan. I’m not a fan of sweet pizza and this is sweet. You can taste the wood fire on the crust, which isn’t too crispy. Cheese was good, sauce was sweet. I don’t like sweet foods, otherwise it might have scored higher. Bonus points, the atmosphere of the place was nice, 7.9 for that.
