Nomad Pizza

Delicious wood fired pizza. I give it an 8.4 because I like wood fired neopoltian style pizza, but dave’s score would be around 7.5

My gf and I ordered the arugula salad and the guanciale princeton pizza (and a root beer). Amazing and pretty quick. The salad was like instantly brought out. Pizza about ~15-20 min later.

The word bad can not be used here. The pizza is just all around decent and very edible. The best word to use is average. Nothing to drive over 2 to 4 miles for.

Second time here for the seasonal corn pie again. So amazingly done, crispy when right out of oven, get more chewy when cold down. The corn and burrata flavor is so good

Decent flavor. Not my favorite style but not bad.

The pepperoni had good flavor, no crunch which was surprising with the ovens. Had the Marg pizza too…wayyyyy too garlicky and no crunch.

Looked much better than it tasted. Disappointing.

Good date pizza

Good fancy pizza and good ingredients but really floppy with all the good stuff in the middle.

A Neapolitan pie that honestly looks better than it tastes. Naturally doughier but the crust has good flavor. The cheese and sauce, however, weren’t special.

No crisp, no reward. Good flavor though.

It was like some fancy chef from California that never had real pizza made it. It’s okay but real bar pies are much better

Very Floppy just ok pizza

Eh. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better fancy pizzas in my day. The sauce has barely a taste, cheese and crust are fine but just nothing special.
