Great pie, but ordered this one at lunch and during the hot months the wood burning over doesn’t get fired up until 5:00. Great pizza using San Marzano tomato sauce. Little flop, great sauce. Crust is flavorful, but thicker than the other popular style of pies in the area. Not much crisp, but will be back for a pie when the wood fired oven is fired up.
