Nonna Ilva

Really good thin crust pizza. Cornicione is crisp but undercarriage is floppy and chewy and infused with a nice olive oil taste. Cheese is super tasty and sauce is mild.

Crust was perfect, center was completely uncooked. Reminded me of chicken skin.. I won’t be back.
