Served warm in 2-3 minutes with no crisp and a massive “tri-village” flop. The sauce has a great tang and flavor but it is over salted. The mozzarella is very good quality but it is a two napkin oil spill on the slice. The dough recipe is very good, the crust is light thin and crispy. However the undercarriage is like weak tissue paper, very flimsy and floppy. If they can control the grease, get a firmer undercarriage and a lot less salt this could touch the high 7.0’s maybe even the low 8.0’s. All-in-all this is well above average and is amongst the best in the area.
