Served warm in 2-3 minutes with no crisp and a massive “tri-village” flop. The sauce has a great tang and flavor but it is over salted. The mozzarella is very good quality but it is a two napkin oil spill on the slice. The dough recipe is very good, the crust is light thin and crispy. However the undercarriage is like weak tissue paper, very flimsy and floppy. If they can control the grease, get a firmer undercarriage and a lot less salt this could touch the high 7.0’s maybe even the low 8.0’s. All-in-all this is well above average and is amongst the best in the area.

Very very solid pie. It’s the ultimate “Friday night and I don’t want to cook” pizza. Absolutely ZERO flop which is ok. Crust is tasty and crisp. Dough was fresh and I could tell it was not the frozen kind that too many neighborhood pizza shops use now a days. I feel the same way about the sauce however it lacked the tang that I like. However it was still very good. I’m told this location is known as the “Tri-village” so If you’re ever in the area and haven’t already, Nonna’s of Buchanan just be tour best bet for good quality Friday night pizza. 7.2

Great BBQ chicken pizza. Their other location in Peekskill seems to crank out a little better pie, but this delivers a little flop, great crust, and the BBQ sauce is wonderful.
