Anchovy pizza Bianco. Very very good flavor. Great crust. The sicilian anchovy wasn’t overwhelmingly strong. Great flavor. Amazing crust

Runny in the middle with heavy flop. Fancy date pizza. The crust is good. Nice crunch. Nice char. Could use more doneness in the middle.
