Flopping on ya like your unemployed step brother flops on the family couch. The crisp works though.

Almost no crisp, which is odd for a wood fired pizza. Good ingredients, right amount of sauce. Date pizza, not football.

Good flavour and bubble. Bit of a flop and lava. Pretty good overall.

Nice chew to the dough. Kalamata added some nice salt. Sauce was a bit flat.
