Nora's Italian Cuisine

Not the best sauce, quite a lot of cheese as well, not the pizza I was hoping for here, but not the worst! Great food otherwise.

Egg Plant Parmigiana is their best pizza.

So, Nora’s is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the valley… that being said I don’t usually get the pizza. This time I went off the grid and got Snow White (their white pizza). It’s a combination of white garlic sauce with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Considering this is a different style pie for me, so the scoring will be a bit different. This is amazing! The ricotta is creamy and just the right amount… no flop on the crust which I think it’s the best part of the pie, and considering all the cheese it wasn’t very greasy at all 👍🏻🍕I would definitely recommend this to anybody. I give it a 7.7!!! That’s a review

Thanks for checking in sports fans as the NFL Draft is starting tomorrow. If course my team doesn't get a pick till round 2 😡. But I'm not going to dwell on it much more... anyways. Pizza "time to support small business while somewhat social distancing in the parking lot" review... The sauce tasted good, which I can appreciate. The back end of the crust had some crisp, which I can appreciate. The cheese seemed a bit stringy but not bad, which I can also appreciate. What I can't appreciate is the flop. There was no stiffness to it and most of all, had plenty of grease to go around. And speaking of grease, hey Paul, can you have your mom change out her sheets before I come over next time?!?! ..and that's a review!

Here we go, good slice, sauce had a flavor that was really good! Sitting outside was kind of hot, I was sweating as bad as I did on my last visit with Paul’s mom!!!!

Welcome back to another Covid quarantine pizza review. Today’s pick is Noras, the very nice Italian restaurant. I’ve never actually gotten a pizza here before so here we go; Pizza was very good. A little bit of flop and grease but not bad. Cheese and sauce had a good taste to it. Overall the pizza was good, hot and very cheesy...like Paul’s mom. Would recommend!

High scores all around for this piece and well deserved!! The highlight was the tomato sauce which is made from spicy red peppers mixed with a anchovie base and the name being puteniska ....which translates to ...”dirty woman” ... like Paul’s mom!!!
