One, but everybody knows the rules. The prosciutto pie was good, but not great crust was perfectly cooked. We also had a white pie that had too much moisture.

Fantastic crust/undercarriage. Almost no flop. Maybe the best brick oven pizza in Austin. Got the spicy meatball with ricotta.... didnt really like their ricotta, it was too sweet. Sauce was great though, it had a nice spice to it. Solid pie
