One bite, everyone knows... Ordered a large NY Cheese. It’s a good representation of the style but something was lacking. Mozzarella and pecorino were good, it was missing on oregano seasoning and the crust was quite heavy. It was like biting into a hard and chewy Italian sourdough loaf. The crust unfortunately needed a dip, so we mixed together some mayo and Frank’s red hot. Normally the garlic knots are on point, I highly recommend them, but today they were black from being over cooked. 7.6
