Noto Pizza

Didn’t know there was a highly acclaimed, reservations 10+ days out Neapolitan pizzeria in St. Charles. The pizza crust was almost wet it was so undercooked. The FRESH ingredients with very important-sounding names from amazing locations all had zero taste and were so underwhelming I threw 1/2 in the trash! Only thing I will remember is how overpriced and overhyped it was.

Spicy pep, tangy fiery sauce. Cheese is perfect. Crust has char, firmness, bubbles, and some flop in the middle. Great, great pizza

Could be crispier on bottom but fantastic flavor!
