Alright Frankie… another Neapolitan pizza. Real fresh and real nice crust. Good charred undercarriage. The sauce is fresh and you can tell it’s fresh cause you are getting the tomato seeds in it too with a very subtle sweet flavor. Cheese is fresh motz. The best flavor is the crust! That’s the talk of the pizza! Awesome fresh dough.

It’s not a bad pizza for the Midwest sauce was pretty good crust was decent not to floppy or greasy. It’s a decent pizza over all.
