Pizza was absolutely delicious, but ordered Neapolitan and got a regular cheese and pepperoni

Good Pizza! Definitely worth stopping by. Additionally a beautiful Italian restaurant with great ambiance. Dough I thought was a touch too thick for my liking so me that was the difference from high 8s to low 7s. But I think if you’re in the Saratoga/Glens Falls/Lake George area it is a must try.

Very good Sicilian pizza! Very light and fluffy. Not heavy at all. This will feed a family of 8 too!

This margarita pie was not my favorite thing — it was a little oily and I didn’t love this sauce (they have many different ones. But the place overall is great. The grandma pie is outstanding (high sevens low 8s) and is in the thing to get here. Other food is very good too (pastas, etc.). Nice people and service as well.

Great place, great atmosphere. Yelled at me about my fucking Boston hoody as soon as I walked in, but was told I was fine because of my maga hat. Great laughs, great people. Felt like family as soon as I sat down, 9.8 on the fucking people here even though their Giants fans. Was told the “grandmas pie” was the one. Not my style but good pizza… 7.2 good pizza, good score for what it was. Can’t say it again about the welcome here, my kind of people. Professional, sort of fancy atmosphere with good Italian food and wine on the menu, but yet again a bunch of assholes! Loved it! Right on Saratoga road, down from Marion, can’t get any closer to the damn strip. I’ll be back, coming for that Brooklyn style. That’s a fucking review… 7.2

I had planned my prior Saratoga trip around coming to Nove, but we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night and there was an hour and a half wait. With that said I would highly recommend getting reservations if you plan on coming here for dinner on a Friday or Saturday night. Nove is an upscale Italian restaurant with a full menu that just so happens to feature the best pizza in all of saratoga! Not only that but they also have a variety of different crust styles, such as traditional New York style (their standard round) , grandma, Sicilian, and a smaller 12-in brick oven variety. I went with the grandma as it was what our waiter suggested, and what they seem to be known for. I ordered a half cheese Hot pepperoni cooked well as always. Their grandma Pizza features a nice tangy sauce with a very flavorful cheese and a soft dough with nice crunch throughout. The only thing topping this anywhere nearby is defazio's in Troy!

Highly recommend, must try. Excellent pizza. Very little flop, crust is tasty, sauce is strong, cheese great flavor. This hits like good NYC pie that’s no lie!

Best pizza in Upstate New York hands down but just as good if not better than some of the pizza in the city. The sauce is the star of the show but overall great quality ingredients.

Great pizza definitely advise getting a Neapolitan and a grandma. Overall amazing experience.

Very good pizza. Great sauce, great cheese, great dough. Could be a little more crispy/well done. A little on the cheesy side and a little on the greasy side. Cut down on the cheese and make this pizza crispy and it's easily an 8.6

This place used to be great, but it’s gone down hill! Greesy, sloppy, doughy! I ordered the week before and the cheese was falling off!
