Does the name justice as this is pretty authentic NY pizza. Good foldable crust that doesn’t crack with pretty minimal flop. Good flavor in the crust and they don’t skimp on the sauce. Not overwhelmingly large slices or too filling, I had no problem chowing down 3. The white pizza was a little dry with too much ricotta, so I’ll probably stick to the traditional tomato-sauce-based NY slices from here on out. Very good, best NY style in Nashville.
