Ny Pizza & Pasta

Ordered on Slice and when I got there they had no idea my order had been placed. Gave me some terrible excuse that it wasn’t in the oven yet because of “limited room in the oven” even though it was me and 2 other people in the whole restaurant. So about 12 minutes later, this is what I got. Could have used about 2-3 more minutes in the oven. Lots of flop. Sauce had no tang, and the crust was not crisp enough. Very underwhelming pizza
