Super floppy, thin, but with a cornmeal crunchiness. Flavor comes solely from the cheese which just seems to be a bland blend. Very thin layer of sauce which is different, almost Ronzio-esqe

Ok pie. Sauce could do a little more but it’s got a deceptive flop. Still crispy and crust is good even though they couldn’t shape it into a circle.

Caprese was better than the original cheese but overall 8.9. Formally known as clockwork now NY pizza. Impressed with the taste, similar to Dario’s in Lunenburg, similar box too which is somewhat suspect 🕵🏻‍♂️
