In JAX for work so you know I had to try a local joint. Pizza had good flavor and the right amount of sauce, but the cheese was too much and way too thick and stringy

I heard alot of chatter about this place. I decided to finally try it and may I say this is criminally overrated. Pizza is so fattening I feel like Im drinking grease and cheese. No undercarriage flavor is lack luster. And the cheese is a weird creamy consistency.
