NYC Village Pizza

Eye test - fair Ratio - wacked. Too much cheese. You could even argue the dough is too thick. Execution - ok. Bake is ok and the ingredients are fresh. Taste is pretty good overall. Cheese - perfectly fine taste snd chew but nothing special. Not neutral, has some punch. Sauce - not enough and very neutral. Adds nothing. Dough- no meaningful taste and a bit too thick. Nothing special Overall - it comes together, which is odd considering that none of the ingredients are anything special on their own. Copland said, “Creativity is sparked by inspiration, which I wish would occur with more frequency.” Not travel worthy but fine in the neighborhood. Too good for Mets fans. You’re still rooting after this season? Really?

Review 505 very thin slice with excellent crisp. Very good crust w some nice crunch crisp. Unfortunately the sauce has no flavor. Undercarriage was pretty decent also but a quite bit runny greasy. Still a hit the spot slice especially for the town maybe try a better sauce and you have close to a 9 here

The pizza was perfectly cut and tasted good. There was a nice crisp to the crust, but the rest of the pizza was floppy and greasy.

This is a great pie! I like the crispier semolina crust, it makes for a solid undercarriage, good bite and some extra flavor. The sauce had nice flavor and I liked the CTS ratio. Decent amount of grease which made for a good first bite slurp. This is now my favorite pie in Bethlehem! The staff was great as well which is always important.

The pizza had crunch and the cheese is perfect but there’s no sauce what so ever. I feel like I’m eating a grilled cheese.

The Sicilian was not as thick as others I’ve had, but still delicious with a generous amount of cheese. 7.7 The round cheese pie was light, crispy crust, not too much grease or flop. Equally as delicious. 7.7

Great slice. Minor flop nice crispy undercarriage, thin crispy crust. Good sauce and cheese. Not overly greasy. That’s a review.

Alright Frankie, good bar pizza, def would order for a football game. Crust is crunchy, a little greasy but not over the top. Could def use more cheese, sauce has a tang to it. Id come here again!

Alright Frankie, this was a decent slice I just don’t recommend eating it piping hot out of the oven. It had quite a lot of flop as it was pretty thin and definitely had some grease. The sauce had a sweet flavor but there definitely wasn’t enough of it. Definitely a great football pizza but didn’t overwhelm me, nor was it underwhelming.

Lose the grease..its low 7s
