NYPD IV Pizzeria & Restaurant

Would make NY Italian grandmothers proud. This isn’t even their best pizza (the focaccia pizza)

I had high hopes, but alas, another pizzeria with NYPD in its name that failed to live up to expectations. The service was great and prompt, and our waitress friendly. The crust was somehow doughy, and dry at the same time. The sauce was okay, but the cheese was mediocre, and they were a bit generous with it.

I can’t believe I’m saying this yes I know this is a rookie score of all the pizzas I have eaten in my life for a place to call themselves NYPD they proved that they can actually compete with pizza places in New York City between the five other places I did my review on and other places that I haven’t done reviewed but I already tried them in my 23 years this one slice of cheese I think the Dough was very thin but then you got the sauce and the cheese tasting like homemade ingredients by New Yorkers that actually run the place not over chewy not over crisp right in between so rookie score solid eight for me trust me this review stuff I’ve just gotten started but I’ve eaten many other places before making this difficult decision and giving this place a very high score so sold 8 that’s the review.

Lotta flop, some grease. Ingredients good quality, would keep it in the oven a little longer. Sausage pizza better than the plain
