Oak & Pie

You have to know what you’re signing up for with a margherita pie. Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, light red sauce, and drizzled olive oil. The flavor was pretty good, a bit wet, but again that’s a margherita for you: fresh mozzarella and tomatoes are going to make the pizza wetter than other styles. The crust was delicious but they should bring the undercarriage to a bit more char and crisp. I’d have it again, a solid pie.
