OBO Pizza

Good flavor, and although I asked for it to be well done , it was still doughy. Not much of a crunch. It's still a good pie!!

Sweet sauce crispy crust and fresh topings best I’ve had in Fredericksburg by far.

The pizza is a 7.1 out of 10 on the “One Bite” scale. The taste is there as the fresh cheese is phenomenal but the reason it couldn’t go higher is that the flop factor is way too much for my liking. Pizza to this degree should be cooked well done with zero flop especially being made through a wood/brick oven. The sauce is a little sweeter than most so if you don’t like sweet floppy pizza, this place isn’t for you.

Tangy sauce, did have the flop. Under carriage decent char could have been a little bit longer no crisp,
