Good bar pizza Could use a little more time in the oven

Might be the most underated pizza I've had. The is undescribable. Not tangy, but not sweet. It's like a running back following his blockers and hitting the hole. Best non coal fired crust I've had.

Great New Haven style pizza. Thin crust, good char! Makes Great specialty pies. Mashed potato and bacon, Mac and Cheese, hot and spicy and broccoli rabe and sausage to name a few! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
