Off the Grid Pizza

All right so what we got here is a mobile food truck with a wood fired oven. Does Pizza came out super quick and is super hot. There is a little bit of flop but the pizza is surprisingly crispy I think it's just because it's very thin. The crust is super light and crunchy and has a nice tang to it. The sauce also has a great tang. Cheese taste quality, and there is very little grease. it's a really nice pizza and I could eat it all day long!
