It’s a good slice, not the best, but as far as San Diego goes definitely up there with the top contenders. The crust is a little chewier than I like, but by no means bad.

Got one of the specials, the professor with truffle oil and arugula. It was great and even better when I cooked it a little more as left overs, definitely had some flip and not as crunchy as I would like but overall a really good slice.
