Haven’t had Ohio Pie in years, so wanted to try it again at their new Parma location.
I was thoroughly impressed, as they had excellent cheese and a great sweet sauce. They call it Ohio style, because although it is as thick as a pan pizza - the crust is more similar to a Detroit style, which made it airy, crispy and buttery. There seems to be a couple local joints trying to copy this style (Jolly’s) and I can see why.
