Ohio Valley Pizza Co.

Very strange. I like it but why recreate pizza when it is already amazing. I tried this how they're famous for it, with cold cheese and pepperoni. First impression is I am eating cold pizza, the you get the hot crust. The crust is really good, light and airy, I just can't get over the cold cheese and pepperoni. My son said it was like eating a lunchable pizza.

Football pizza. Would’ve given a 6.0 but the cheese wouldn’t stay on.

DiCarlo’s in Steubenville is the original place that coined this “Ohio Valley style pizza” and I definitely didn’t expect this but these guys all the way out in Medina have the edge on them. Almost exactly the same as DiCarlo’s but this sauce is better for sure. Can’t go into the 8s because of the style but this style of pizza getting a score in the 7s at all is basically like getting in the 9s. I’m from East Liverpool, OH in the Ohio Valley so I understand how the people on here who low balled them don’t get it. It’s an Ohio Valley thing.🤘

Crispy crust and under carriage. Sweet sauce. Topping go on cold after it comes out of the oven on this style. However, you can request molten where the toppings go on prior to going in the oven. Over all this is not like your traditional pie, but it was very good and I recommend it.

Very greasy. Sauce was sweet. Crust was dry. Very disappointing.
