Has good crunch and a tangy sauce but not enough of it. Pretty dry and lacking a cheese that isn't processed. This is football pizza not Chicago deep dish.

Deep dish Chicago style... Crisp crust, cooked through... THICK. No flip, good sauce... a solid slice
