Alright Frankie, pizza review time, Old Chicago. The Chicago-style pan pizza rarely disappoints at this newer location. The thick crust has a nice crisp on the outside and softer on the inside. The sauce is classic and the cheese is stretchy.

A soupy mess. This pizza should be good. Solid ingredients and a nice crisp on top. Something seems to be wrong with their oven or they’re not smart enough to figure it out. The pizza is super doughy and seems uncooked on the bottom. I would not expect a “flop” on a Detroit style pizza. Just another poorly managed suburban chain. Look for good or even decent pie elsewhere. Gonna go struggle through my day after this gut bomb. Thanks for nothing Old Chi-town.
