Old City Market and Oven

Classic cheese reviewed- More of a bar style pie. Tomato sauce is excellent, leans more European with just a hint of sweetness but a good amount of garlic. Cheese is high quality, mozzarella and shredded parm. Coverage could be bit bitter. The crust is where this shines. Crispy and stays solid, with good char but not overcooked. Comes sliced so could see this not holding up with longer deliveries, but was fine in a 15 minute delivery area. One of my favorites in DC.
