Old School Pizzeria

Before I start my review I just have to get up on my soapbox and educate some of you reviewers. 1- if you get pepperoni on your pizza it’s going to be GREASY! 2- for idiots that don’t know pizza sauce is not cooked, they are raw tomatoes with a little seasoning (this isn’t marinara that was cooked for 3 hours), the tomatoes are the star of the flavor which is why they have a tangy flavor. 3- if you get lots of toppings on your pie it is going to FLOP, a thin crust can’t hold that weight plus the moisture they give off. 4- and lastly for the people who think the cheese is salty…watch a video of how mozzarella and/or provolone is made…lots of salt! Now my review, loved the 24” pie slices, it’s what I did with my pizzerias for 20 years, it really gives you that old time NY slice feel. My only real complaint was that I ask him to make them well done for a good crisp but that didn’t happen. Everything else was great and if they had hit that milestone my score would have been a 8.3, but I settled for 7.9…definitely worth the trip when in Vegas!

Solid all around, sauce has great flavor and the crust is on point. Garlic marscapone dipping sauce is excellent.

Can’t get much better here in Vegas. Great taste.. nice crunch.. definitely our top pizza place.

These are the xl 24” pies. I ordered it for my students as the owners kid was in my class and was shocked at how great this pizza is! The dough is crispy and light, sauce has great tang, and the bubbles make it the real deal! I’m a Chicago tavern cut guy, but this is a great NY style slice and is cut properly . Family owned and now my favorite pizza in Las Vegas. This is my highest ranking as of this post.

Got the Pork Reigns and man that’s a solid damn piece of pizza right there, some serious floppage but the taste more than made up for it
