Old Shawnee Pizza-Shawnee

Didn’t like the crust , cheese sauce and pepperoni was good . No flop , Cracker like crust.

Toppings and sauce are terrific! It has a crispy, cracker crust and I’m a thick crust gal, hence the lower score my boys loved the crust though.

For some reason, it only uploaded the one pic but I had 6 different kinds of pizza tonight. All on the same original crispy crust. Each one bite had their unique taste with no change to crust integrity of freshness of ingredients! All toppings were perfectly enough and the taste was great! Crab Rangoon and Nashville hot chicken stood out. I did do a plain pepperoni and it was as expected, solid! Bonus suggestion, the house made green salad dressing was 🔥

The pizza is really good the crust is perfect nice and fluffy, the toppings are perfectly neat, a little bit of grease but it is still good because that gives it character, the cheese is stringy and chewy very well done and nice and warm I can taste each ingredient in itself a solid 7.1 pizza

Great establishment. Dine in is a must here. Old family atmosphere where everyone knows your name. Great flavor, crisp crust, little flop. Dough was crispy. Great pie.

Got the Tuscany chicken pizza, gf got mushroom and onion, her daughter got cheese, mine was good but the crust tasted like the crackers that came with the salad...nothing original really about the pizza I had

Solid neighborhood local pizza joint!

Very solid pizza. If you’re a fan of crispy slices this is your place. The crispness also translates to the crust where it’s almost like a tortilla chip which threw me off but didn’t discourage me. Very flavorful and solid ingredients. Overall a solid pizza joint. One bite everybody knows the rules. 7.4

Old Shawnee Pizza is a pie you need to dine in for. The restaurant boasts itself as one of the oldest establishments in Shawnee..and by the looks of the ripped booths, dark wood paneling and stuffed fowl I would agree...ambience! The pizza was really good. As a Chicagoan..it most reminded me of Home Run Inn..flaky crust that isn’t over cooked and leaves some “doughy goodness”. Cheese was good salty with a hint of cheddar and in the oven enough to give it a nice char..sauce was solid too..my favorite KC pie to date..
