I don’t normally like to eat, but that all changed today after I had the best pizza of my life. Everything from the sauce to the cheese to the flavor of the ingredients but mostly, the crust. It was light and flaky on the outside, moist and chewy on the inside. Growing up, I used to give all of my crusts to my brother; but no longer. I will fight to keep every crust moving forward and dip it in their homemade ranch.That is the only way you could take it up another notch. I guess if someone asked very nicely, I’d give them half my crust, maybe, if I loved them, but I digress. I cannot wait for my next meal, this was seriously the best pizza I’ve ever had. I cannot wait for them to open up their location in downtown Birmingham. They are some lucky folks.
