Oley's Pizza Shoppe

Great flavor, lots of cheese, soggy undercarriage. Fluffy crust.

Oley’s has been around since I was a kid.-probably 40 or more years? Known for their stuffed deep dish pizza, I opted for 16” thin (single crust) this time around since there was a few of us to eat and tomorrow is Thanksgiving. This is NOT a cheap pizza like you get at the pizza chains. Fresh and premium quality ingredients are used and you can immediately taste the difference. I don’t mind splurging when I’m getting a great tasting pizza. The pepperoni with extra cheese was delicious. Crust was floppy though—so Dave would downgrade just on that-and so did I. Maybe another 2 minutes in the oven changes that? Still a good pizza—try it if you’re ever in Ft Wayne…not much else to do 😂

Very good pie, thin, slight crisp could have been a little more crisp but overall very good.

Always great quality ingredients, flakey crust that of a pie. Tangy sauce, good cheese spread over the pizza.

Crunchy, and Cheesy. Not enough sauce I feel like. Overall decent pizza.
