If you're super into Neapolitan, go for it? If you're a generalist, it's fine. If you're goal is to eat everything at GCM and this is your last stop, sure. Otherwise, you won't miss out on anything special by skipping Olio.

Toppings and sauce is good. Was floppy. Had a charred too but dough probably was little under cooked. Good size for one person.

Ok pie. I agree with Dave on neapolitans, they’re mostly the same. This one was a little soft for me but the sauce was very good. First video so gimme a break
