Solid pizza and the sauce is decent too. However, I think it’d be a lot better spread out over the pizza versus just in spots. Otherwise seems like cheese bread. Very thin, but had some chew to it so if crisp/cracker texture is what you’re after, this ain’t it. Overall solid pizza, that’s a review.

A lot of hype around this place. Not sure why. Tried both styles - Neapolitan and Roman (thin football shaped). Average on both. Not bad and would be a little higher if not for high expectations. Anyway, not bad. I'd say the Neapolitan is better than the Roman.

Very little sauce, very little cheese. Dough is good but not crisp at all. Inconsistent toppings throughout the pizza. Neopolitan style was the same, the “crust” was 4” wide on some pieces. Definitely not ordering from here again.

They had me at Brick Oven. I always order Well Done, the crisp was great great sauce, would have liked more. Cheese was awesome. I would like it a little thinner. Minimal Texas Flop. Definitely a place I’m coming back to. Great Pie
